It started with the desire to help my nephew, who was allergic to soy, find a soy sauce substitute.
Then, as desires tend to do, this grew to include food that was not only healthy but shamelessly tasty too. And a desire to help busy people leading busy lives get access to delicious foods that don't just taste good but are good for our bodies, our minds and our planet.
We believe in the power of community and working together to implement small changes that make big differences. Together, we are all wandering (as best we can) through the jungle we call life. It takes courage to take action for what you believe in and making healthy, sustainable choices is one small change we can make to build a good foundation for our community now and for years to come.
It’s not just a statement. It’s something we live every day. We don’t compromise on taste and we don’t think anyone else should either. We’re constantly looking for ways to find innovative, tasty and healthy solutions for those who face dietary restrictions or are focused on making healthier lifestyle choices. Everything we do – from the way we source ingredients to how we make and distribute our product – is done through the lenses of sustainability, unity and ethical choices. Good for our community, good for others, good for the planet. Simple as that.
